Minimilistic Marathon Training

An article I wrote for the NZ Triathlon and Multisport magazine (Issue 98, pg 62-63) on my training journey for the Rotorua Marathon 2014. The weeks training was made up of 2-3 specific runs a week, 1-2 swims, and 1-2 bikes with a focus on functional body weight exercises.
