This is an 8 week training plan leading into a half marathon. The programme is designed to blend in with your life. It consists of 4 runs a week, with a race specific TEMPO run 3 weeks out. There is 1 cycle a week + a session of body weight exercises or a restorative swim/Yoga session. If you are unable to complete the swim session swap for a bike, complete a yoga class, or just complete what you can.
