This plan has between 3-4 runs a week, and includes cross training with swim, bike, and functional exercise sessions. I've included specific sessions to help prepare for the unique Queenstown course. If you are unable to complete the swim sessions swap out for a yoga class, an easy cycle or just do what you can in the pool and stay within capacity.
